Professor Dr. Kostas Gouliamos is elected on May 2014, Rector of the European University Cyprus & Honorary Professor at the Lanzhou City University/China.
He is the new President of the Cyprus Rector’s Conference (2015-17), former Vice President/Committee of The Cyprus State Archives & Vice President/Board of Directors of the “Promitheas” Research Institute.
He was Member of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) of the European Social Survey (ESS): a research project that won Europe’s top science award, the Descartes Prize.
He has been appointed Member to the Steering Committee for Higher Education & Research (CDED) of the Council of Europe.
